I'm so excited to share my passion for healthy living with you! My in-depth study of nutrition and wellness, as well as personal experience on my own healing journey, allows me to effectively coach individuals -- like you -- with various and unique health needs and expectations. I design programs to address the core causes of dietary and lifestyle "missteps" that individuals make so you can have more energy, live more vibrantly, and achieve your health and wellness goals.

 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice and determine what changes are necessary for you. Your personalized program will dramatically increase your knowledge and enhance your perspective which, in turn, will improve your health and happiness.

 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Is a lack of sleep or low energy preventing you from exercising? Does your family push back when you encourage them to live a more healthy lifestyle? Working together, we will examine how all facets of your life affect your health as a whole and how you can begin to achieve greater balance and overall wellness.

 

Yet, my approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of "good" and "bad" foods or restrictions on your lifestyle. Instead, I work with clients to reach their goals in a simplified way that ultimately provides a brighter outlook and enhanced lifestyle -- one that creates a winning spirit. We only have one body, so why not ensure that we have won life?!
